Welcome to “Behind the Screens” a new service created by Viacom Inc. (“Viacom”) in connection with the video screens in certain Viacom offices (the “Screens”). Through this site, located at behindthescreens.viacom.com, (the “Site”), certain Viacom employees may submit content, including text, video and/or images, to be displayed on the Screens. Before you begin, we just want to share a few basic terms and conditions. Please also note that the Site is governed by the Site Terms and Privacy Policy (together with the terms and conditions as set forth below, the “Site Policies”)
- Let your creativity flow, but remember if you submit any ideas to Viacom, you agree to our submission policy referenced in the Site Policies.
- We take protection of copyrights, both our own and others, very seriously. If you believe that the Screens contain materials that infringe copyrights, you can report those materials by following the procedures set forth in the Copyright Compliance Policy.
- Please do not submit any content or information that is harassing, discriminatory, derogatory, sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate.
- By submitting content and information to the Site, you acknowledge that Viacom may use your name and content (in whole or in part) on the Screens and in any advertising, promotion or marketing of Viacom, its products and/or services, with or without credit to you, as more fully set forth in the Site Policies.
- Viacom will have the right (in accordance with the Site Policies) but not the obligation to display the content or information you submit to the Site on the Screens.
